From a phone photo to a menu that moves

Most restaurants have their menu live in an afternoon.

  1. Snap a phone photo

Take a quick photo of the real dish on the pass. Any phone, any light. Add the name and price.

  2. We make the video

We turn it into a studio-quality photo of the same plate, then a five-second vertical video. You approve it before guests see it.

  3. Guests scan, watch, order

Each table gets its own QR code. Guests swipe through your dishes, tap "Add to order", and the order lands on your kitchen screen.

From the photo you took to the video your guests watch

These started as ordinary phone photos on the kitchen pass. Same plate, same food, new light and motion.

Why seeing the dish matters

Menu items with photos saw up to 44% more monthly sales than items without.

DoorDash, internal analysis of 15,000+ small merchants, 2022

82% of 1,000 US adults said they're more likely to order a dish shown in a video than in a photo.

Popmenu consumer survey, 2026 (what people say, not measured sales)

We don't promise a number for your restaurant. Your dashboard shows which dishes guests watch and order, so you can see it for yourself.

One setup fee, then a simple monthly plan

Setup covers making your first batch of dish videos. The monthly plan keeps your menu online, the order screen running and new videos coming. Adding and editing items is always free.

Questions owners ask

Is the food in the video real?

Yes. Every video starts from your own photo of the dish you serve. We change the light, the angle and the background, never the food: no extra ingredients, no bigger portions, no different plate. A check compares the studio photo with your photo before the video is made, and you approve every clip before guests see it. If one looks wrong, re-make it.

How do guests order?

They scan the QR code on their table, tap a dish to watch it, tap "Add to order", then "Send to kitchen". The order appears on your order screen with the table number, any notes and a sound. Guests pay your staff as usual.

Do you take a cut of orders?

No. There is no commission and no card fee, because guests pay your staff the way they do today.

Will it be slow on restaurant Wi-Fi?

Each video is about 0.5 to 0.9 MB and only loads when a guest opens it. A still image shows first, and if a video can't load the dish photo shows instead, so the menu always works.

Do I still need a paper menu?

Keep it. Some guests prefer paper. The QR code is the reason to look closer: it shows what the paper menu can only describe.

Do guests need an app?

No. They point their phone camera at the code and the menu opens in the browser.

What happens when a dish changes?

Upload a new photo and make a new video. Adding, editing and hiding menu items is always free. New videos come from your monthly allowance.
